I haven't shared a recipe in awhile so I thought I would post one of my favorite appetizer/snack recipes.
2 pkgs cr. cheese
1 small can gr chilis diced drained
3 TBSP Pimentos diced
1 pkg ranch mix
- mix together - spread on tortillas & roll - refrigerate for an hour or two til firm then cut into 1/2-1in rolls. You will need to cut off the ends (and eat them). YUM!! Goes great with any Mexican meal or anytime! Love it!! This is one of my favorite dishes to bring to pitch-ins. Its always a popular at parties!
