Sketches

I know I've posted about this before but it bears repeating. I like to use sketches when laying out my scrapbook pages. Its a nice base to start from and then you can customize to make it fit your own style along the way. Here is a recent page I did for my friend Sniz's challenge. She chose the layout and a few of us are all competing to see who's page is the best. We'll see. I do think I had creative use of the M&M's logo from an ice cream treat carton. I like using things like that from around the house.
Some of my favorite places to get sketches are:

Page Maps

Scrapbooks Etc.

Ally Scraps Design Team

Creating Keepsakes Sketches PDF

If you have favorite places that you like to get sketches let me know! If you want to check out other paper crafters check out Sunday Scrappin'!!

I'm getting ready to post this challenge and your entry onto my blog. I don't have a ton of readers anymore, so I invited anyone who wants to do to, to enter. I DO love your title...all the different fonts and techniques you used. The M&M logo is neat. How are you doing on the challenge for our scrap weekend? Also, Jess told me that you had a good time at Nate's birthday party. Post pix of the cake, K? TTYS!

I found your blog by way of Miss Sniz. Although I haven't scrapbooked in awhile (we recently moved) I'm getting my room in order and plan to start again soon. I'll be visiting your blog again for sure. Have a great week!

I'm leaving town, otherwise I'd participate in the challenge. Love this LO! I'm behind in my commenting (as you can see), but I'm glad I had something so fun to look at!

Great page! If I can get to it I'd love to participate in the challenge. I like using sketches too. There are a few sites I visit for sketches listed in my scrappy links and I have Becky Higgin's One Sketch books that I like using.
