This week's Works For Me Wednesday post is of the crafty sort. I have recently been inspired to use sketches to help create my scrapbook pages. Its a great way to take some of the guesswork out of it and be able to focus on the creative part! You can see in the pix that I just used the sketch as a guideline for the layout and made changes to make the design my own. I didn't know you could get sketches, either! I used to scrap all the time and then lately seem to have run out of time (and creativity) and just started shoving pictures into albums. Thanks for a great idea~!
I am so with you there! I'm not super-duper creative, so they're a great jumping off point!
I love scrapbooking and sketches are awesome, usually my layout never turns out like the sketch, but I like them as a starting out point and when I don't feel really creative.

I just started doing this too after purchasing some Kits and seeing the sketches of how to use the kit.
I also wanted to comment on your layout...it is fantastic.
I think Becky Higgins has a website with sketches on it too. I do know she has at least one book with sketches. I found it at the library.
