•Day 13- A letter to someone who has hurt you recently:
I have learned from experience that letters written when I'm hurt or angry tend to not work out well for me. In the past letters have just added to the frustration of the situation. Now if it is something little I usually stew about it for awhile until I get over it. If its something big I try to go to the person and talk about it so I don't bottle it up.
