Considering the week I've had, I feel I'm doing good to be joining in with Weight Loss Wednesday at all. I'm gonna be honest, beyond all that is going on with my family, it is Spring Break for us and its been a weak week for me. I have been lazy and undisciplined. Gotta get back on track.
