WLW - Weak Week

Considering the week I've had, I feel I'm doing good to be joining in with Weight Loss Wednesday at all. I'm gonna be honest, beyond all that is going on with my family, it is Spring Break for us and its been a weak week for me. I have been lazy and undisciplined. Gotta get back on track. Planning to get us as a family settled into a good groove when the break is over.

I think we have all had those weeks! And I have used that exact scripture in my own times of struggle. I am sure that once Spring Break is over you'll be able to get back in the groove. You can do this my friend!

i have been having some rough weeks too...but we can do this!!
